As a Registered Nurse and Wellness Coach I am well prepared to be your Ideal Protein Coach. I understand how the program works and I’ve also done the protocol myself.

I am flexible with appointment times, responsive to your individual needs and available to answer your questions. You will benefit from my experience and knowledge of integrative and functional medicine. I have experience working with individuals and groups and have customized corporate wellness programs.

My passion and a common thread through my life is health, wellness and disease prevention. I am fascinated by the science of how the body works and am naturally drawn to medicine, athletics and fitness. For as long as I remember I have been a champion for others: a cheerleader, a teacher, a coach and a caregiver. The crown achievement of my life has been as mother to my five children where I had opportunity to employ all of my skills, and accomplish things I didn’t know I had in me. Life experience is invaluable.

Strong FamilyMy career continues to evolve as I add layers, branches, tributaries, depth, color and detail. I have been a registered nurse since 1988 with a BS in Nursing from Simmons College and a BS in Biopsychology from Tufts University. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and a USA Hockey Level 5 Coach.

I achieved health, wellness and fitness coaching certifications through Wellcoaches, and advanced through the Wellcoaches Professional Coach Training program. In the past three years I have specialized in intravenous micro nutritional therapy and integrative medicine.

Working well with people is my sweet spot. I am a skilled listener and communicator. I believe change happens when a person is ready. I help people get ready by listening to them, reflecting, using all of my coaching skills and offering my acceptance and belief in them.
