You Won’t Believe the Impact You Can Have on Your Own Quality of Life
Ideal Protein - Discover What People are Saying
The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method primarily promotes fat burning while supporting muscle retention. Why is muscle retention important? A common consequence of dieting is a loss of muscle ALONG with fat. Muscle burns calories. If you lose muscle while dieting, you will have hindered your ability to burn calories, post-diet. As a result, you will be at risk of regaining your lost weight...unless you have learned how to develop better eating habits and employed a protein based diet to lose weight. Protein supports muscle mass and also satisfies the human appetite, unlike carbohydrates (sugar) and fats. Therefore, all of Ideal Protein’s food products contain an average of 15+ grams of protein to assist your muscle retention while you shed your excess pounds. Additionally, you will receive a smarter lifestyle education from your personal weight loss coach. The purpose of this education is to assist you in making better, sustainable eating choices after dieting.
If you’re tired of bouncing from one fad diet to another and frustrated with results that don’t last...contact us today to register for one of our weight loss information sessions and ask about stable weight maintenance and the path to balanced eating.
Without a Commitment to Smarter Eating Choices, Dieters will Gain Back the Weight they Lost

My passion and a common thread through my life is health, wellness and disease prevention. I am fascinated by the science of how the body works and am naturally drawn to medicine, athletics and fitness. For as long as I remember I have been a champion for others: a cheerleader, a teacher, a coach and a caregiver. The crown achievement of my life has been as mother to my five children where I had opportunity to employ all of my skills, and accomplish things I didn’t know I had in me. Life experience is invaluable.
My career continues to evolve as I add layers, branches, tributaries, depth, color and detail. I have been a registered nurse since 1988 with a BS in Nursing from Simmons College and a BS in Biopsychology from Tufts University. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and a USA Hockey Level 5 Coach.
I achieved health, wellness and fitness coaching certifications through Wellcoaches, and advanced through the Wellcoaches Professional Coach Training program. In the past three years I have specialized in intravenous micro nutritional therapy and integrative medicine.
In my private nursing and coaching practice, Ideal Weight Loss – Total Well Coach, I provide nutritional education and health coaching with an emphasis on weight loss and diabetes education.
